TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE - RICHARDS BAY

Hello, My name is Thandeka Ngema, I am writing about a negative experience that we have with Richards Bay Post Office. We paid for our post box renewal on the 31st of January 2018 unfortunately they had suspended our account. The account has since been active but they won't open our post box. We have been querying the matter with them since the beginning of February this year but to no avail, the post box is sill locked.

This is affecting my family very negatively, my daughter who is a nurse paid for her SANC annual registration in December and she is waiting for her receipt up to now and she may loose her job since she there is no proof that she registered for this year and an active member of the South African Nursing Council.

We are unable to receive our monthly statements and other mail in general. My husband has been to the post office numerous times to try and resolve the situation in vain every time he get there the give him a reference number and nothing has happened so far.

The account number is ********** and the office code is 47609 in all my life I have never encounter an entity with similar low levels of service and such a disregard for customers.
