Terrible service from post office e

I have been visiting grandma Thokoza Post Office to obtain the international parcels I was expecting to receive. I got informed that there had been a burglary and the machines were ****** it's been 3 weeks now and I haven't received any updates yet about my parcels. I was advised to fill out a piece of paper with my name and contact number and they will get back to me. Nothing has happened yet I'm still waiting.
