terrible service from Park South Post office Vanderbijlpark

Gordon Harris posted my parcel to park south post office on the 1st February 2021. they said i must allow 7 days before i could go and collect my parcel. after that i have since been going to post office to check my parcel i would always be told that my parcel hasnt arrived or their system is offline. on the 19 May i went to post office to check my parcel again only to be told that my parcel has been returned to the sender in pretoria and there's nothing they can do or what is it that i want them to do. when i contacted the company to re-post my parcel i was told that i must pay a repostage fee or courier fee. so i told the post office the message they said there's nothing they can do.
