Terrible service EMS/SAPO.

Absolutely shocking service, I have sent so many emails, wasted money waiting on the line for up to 70 minutes with no answer. I have 11 parcels some over 5 months sitting in the country and no delivery. All I want is my parcels. This is so bad that people cannot do their jobs. Spend all their time striking and complaining about themselves but what about us the customers. Do your damn jobs and get my parcels to me. Need my stuff utgently..... please someone from EMS or SAPO help me.
