Terrible service by the SA Post Office

On the 26th October 2016 I sent a gift card to the EC post office in the King Williams town branch tracking no RC *** ZA . I was told that it will take 3-5 days to reach the destination. The receiver went to look for the items a thousand times without luck. I then made a follow up and I was told it has been sent back to Hatfield branch and today the 23 Jan 2016 a Ms. Mpumi Mafafu told me that the system shows that it has been taken out and she doesn't know where it is. And that I must track myself on the post office system where it is. Can someone competent help me find my items which are costing me a lot of money .
