Terrible service by South African Post Office - POLOKWANE main branch

Went to the post office to pay for new post box. Went in at 09h00 and by 10h00 was still not assisted. I was in front of the row for over 40 minutes and people were assisted before me who came after I had been there. Left without being assisted as I had to go back to work. If my post box number was not on so many of my official contacts I would have changed to a private service provider! No wonder the post office is doing so badly and in financial problems!
