Terrible service at the ennerdale post office

<p>I went to renew a disc for my dad at the ennerdale post office on Saturday,i was turned back three times due to proof of residence .when a lady by the name of Virginia was about to assist me again because she checked my proof of residence and said everything looked fine.this old woman who wears glasses refused for Virginia to assist because our proof of residence wasn't correct according to her.</p> <p>We were turned back yet again and the old lady was very rude.she didn't just turn us away but she turned away 10 other people saying the post office no longer accepts affidavits or letters received by email.</p> <p>We receive our postage after 3 months in ennerdale.</p> <p>Now we can't even renew our discs because of that.</p>
