Terrible service

Greetings,<br> I have a parcel from Germany EE***DE sent on the 24th of November 2015, last week on the 04th of December 2015 an EMS driver come to my office to deliver the parcel. on his arrival I was in the parking driving out to my meetings, I asked him who he was looking for and he mentioned which I told him that it was me. He told me that I must pay R 373.88 in order to receive the parcel, the driver decided to come without calling or even carrying a speed point machine. I told him that I did not have cash on me and advised him to come back later the same day, I will withdraw the money and leave it at reception in case I go out again. that was the last time I saw or heard from him. today is the 09th and still no word from them. I then decided to call ***, *** since yesterday and no one answers the phone. I went to Benoni Post office this morning and I was told by an official that I must drive to all the nearest post office starting lakeside mall till I find it or I must continue to try calling. where is my parcel please? it is not the first time you doing this.
