TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have tried calling the post office for four days now numerous times throughout the day and EACH and EVERY time I hold on for 25minutes without a single person picking up the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I have also sent an email on the 24/06/2021 which the telephone operator REPEATS while I hold on the telephone for a consultant and yet I still haven't received an email back.
