Terrible Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a two parcels that has been in country since 05 August 2018, more than two months later I am still waiting, I am not sure where it is, however I want to believe that the it is still at the Johannesburg International Mail HUB"even though it has already been to customs. Surely it can't take that long to process something
