Terrible Service

Worst service ever!

Visited the post office today to track/collect my parcel as the point or origin tracking said it has arrived at destination post office. The guy point blank did not want to track my parcel. He refused to check if it was there. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said they going to say the same thing "its not here, wait for sms". I do not receive any tracking smss, as I know from collection of parcels from previous post offices - they check on systems
