Terrible Service

Went to the post office in Mayville Mall in Parktown Estates just before 12:00 pm when i was told that the last customers will be helped then the cashier will go on a break, so services will continue from 13:00pm. Went back at 13:00 got there the cashier have not yet returned to his post after his lunch/break... 13:30 still no cashier when asked when the cashier is going to be back we are just told to be patient because the cashier is "tired and needs a break." This is utterly terrible service
