Terrible Service

Good Day,

I visited 3 Post Office's on Saturday, 2 of which gave me the worst service that I have ever received in my life. Needless to say, I received the worst service at Boksburg North Post Office. The women that assisted me was extremely unhelpful and rude, she has no customer service s****s whatsoever and she point blank told me that my parcels are not there, she did not get up to check or make any effort. I clearly explained to her that due to the Witfield Post Office being closed when I ordered my items, I used the postal code 1459 and that the code on the very wall next to her has that code and she said that she could not help me. 2 of my parcels has already been returned to the supplier and I have lost thousands of rands, Please advise on how I can prevent this in the future.
