Terrible service.

<p>I've ordered a book online on the 16th of January qith the expected date of delivery the 23rd of Jan. Well its the 30th now and still nothing. I really need that book as its recommendes reading with my studies. Thanks to you guys I cant do some of my reading work as I havent recieved my book.</p>
