Terrible Service
LN***US I ordered a parcel on the 10th of March and has been dispatched the next day. I have enquired about my Parcel at Customs and apparently I have to wait another month because the lady who answered my call doesn't know when will my parcel be dispatched. It means South African Post Office takes 3 months to deliver a parcel. The customer care service telephone line just rings but no answer. This will be my last item that I would order via Sapos. Pathetic could not even describe the services.

LN***US doesnt serve as a tracking number but a custom number and we are unable to pick records on it. An attempt was made to find it with your name and surname to no avail. In this instance the sender may log an enquiry with the office of origin for an urgent investigation to be conducted.
