Good day. I sent a document from Fremont, CA to Johannesburg South Africa on Oct 17, 2018. The tracking number is RX ********** 16DE. On the German side, it says, it was scanned on Nov 8, 2018 in South Africa JIMC. However, on South African side is not issued yet and the recipient has not received the document yet. It is an important document for visa approval.
