terrible pathetic

Terrible. have been waiting for parcel and found out today that they decide when they deliver in our town. this is pathetic. i have been waiting for 3 parcels and they arent being delivered. tracking not updated on website and making me look like a fool infront of my customers. this is really unacceptable.
