Terrible experience at SA Post Office

I am really disappointed in SA Post Office, I’ve been wanting to withdraw my smart save money but all they tell me is that there’s is no money since 2022 late December, I went to 3 branches in different provinces but still? What must happen now because I need the money? Please do something about it it’s been long.
