Terrible customer service like only SA can give

Been trying to get hold of any one at the international mail centre and always just end up holding for hours and no answer or the line just drops. Phone Head office and they cant help either??<br> <br> My parcel has been in SA for a whole month and still i dont have any of them? <br> <br> Why cant the tracking numbers just stay the say or put it online so we can do your jobs for you as always!!! I just want to know where my packages are!!!<br> <br> I have 6 parcels im waiting for, i just wish SA can for ones start being a country that can offer service delivery, because that is gonna be the cause of the fall of this country, no one cares!!!
