Terrible Customer Service by the SA Post Office

I was sent a package from the UK on 14 May 2018, according to the UK post service, it was shipped to the SA Post office as of 15 May and i still haven't received my package, more than a month later. When checking the progress of the mail system, it is still stuck in Johannesburg customs, when calling their call centre, they put me on hold for more than 5 minutes, and i have called on more than 3 occasions. I find this to be very appalling and terrible customer service
