Terrible Communication and No Service Delivery

I app**** and paid for my 3 vehicle licences in August and am still waiting for my licences or any form of communication. They do not answer phone calls or emails. The only way to contact them is by submitting tickets. Here's all my tickets on which I have not received a response.
