Terrible account service

<p>I paid my posbox twice this year through the virtual postoffice online service, it is May, I havent received my first payment back, after lodging a request for payback. I paid my postbox again... still my box is closed R860.00 later. I have to pay again to enable me to receive my post from the last 4 months and pay the penalty fee... Poor poor admin form SA Post office.</p>
