Teller made payment to wrong account on receipt

On 2014-12-02 Mr Jansen Van Vuuren went to the River field Post Office in Springs to pay his TV Licence . he submitted his account to the teller with teller I'd: *** and made the payment. Mr Jansen van Vuuren where informed that his account is not paid he phoned the Sabc offices and they said to him that his account was not paid according to their record. He saw on his receipt that the account number on the receipt is *** and not his account number. He tried all means to rectify this but without any success. He is now handed over to Siphiro Attorneys.
