TC***ZA in transit from 3/12/2015 until now!

My parcel TC***ZA was accepted by Virginia PostOffice on the 3rd of December 2015. Apparently its still in transit which is IMPOSSIBLE and its over 2 months now. The last tracking shows JHBNET 4 December 2015 in transit - C***. How is this possible?? There is no real effort in helping me to receive my parcel. I called your customer care but was put on hold for a long time with no results!! I'm on the brink complaining to ICASA cause clearly someone is not doing their job!!!<br> <br> I need to know what happened to my parcel???<br>
