Taking bad service delivery to the next level!

I ordered a parcel from overseas at the beginning of May. The article arrived early June and I have yet to receive it. I keep getting promised that the article will come soon and then the replies I get is all information I already know.<br> <br> I have already laid a complaint on HelloPeter, however, there has been absolutely no improvement in getting my article. It currently has the status of In-transit from Capemail Hub to Stellenbosch which it has had for a couple of days now - this being about a half an hour drive.<br> <br> I would strongly advise any person or company not to make use of this service provider as their delivery service is lacking, slow and outright terrible.
