System Offline & Pathetic Tracking Services

PATHETIC HONESTLY! My parcel has not been updated for 2.5 weeks now.

The SAPO service is pathetic, the system is offline seems to be their favourite comment, I've been at the post office numerous times to find out about my item as nothing is happening online even the staff members don't know whats happening! ***! I'm disappointed that I have to constantly take time & petrol to go to the post office receive no help & still have to pay fees to get my items, its shocking you still ask for fees when the services is so horrible!

How do you propose to solve this problem? I need my parcel its URGENT!
