Suspected theft of mail

<p>A friend sent a gift via Global Mail from the US.It arrived at the DHL Jhb depot on 25th July and was sent to customs for clearing and forwarding via SAPO.Needless to say this item has now disappeared.</p> <p>Is there any way that this can be reported or resolved?</p> <p>I've spent more money in fruitless calls to the respective "helplines" than the item was worth but am now sufficiently annoyed to escalate the issue.</p>
