Suspected stole parcel at Westgate post office

I am very unhappy with the Westgate Post Office in roodepoort. My item has been there since the 27 November 2018. I tried calling them with no avail, no one answers and my item just sits there without being allocated a slip number.

I suspect the parcel has been ******.

Someone please help
