super poor service

Poor service. I sent something at Hillbrow post office on the 4th but today 15th the item is still in JHB(WITSPOS-HUB). my item's destination is Rbay-KZN. I tot ordinary mails take 5days. this is bad. I will have to consider using other services/couriers next time. my plan is already messedup
