Super no-delivery services from SA Post Offices

Is there not perhaps something that can be done to the severely bad or non-service delivery by the SA Post Office, or even better to privatize it? I ordered spare parts internationally and lately, the Post Offices services went from bad to no-service delivery. I mean you will get much better, faster and professional services at Morgue!
