SUPER BAD to NON-EXISTENT SERVICE AT SA POST OFFICE

<p>I received a parcel via SA Post Office: RD ********** 73ZA and it left Jo'burg to Cape Town on the 15th, on the 17th the system confirmed that the parcel is in Cape Town Mail Hub which I called. They confirmed the same and promised the parcel should leave their Hub to me. Friday nothing surfaced and only to be told Monday the parcel is in Johannesburg. Went to the Cape Mail Hub and try to enuwire, nobody was able to tell me how did my parcel leave me in Cape Town only to go back to Johannesburg.... The address is in Cape Town and nobody was even able to let me know how the 2 could have been mixed except that the shift workers who might have scanned it are not in office and nobody was able to tell me anythign except to say: We will follow up and call you, liek really now ??? how does Johannesburg mix with Cape Town</p>
