Super bad customer service

Hi i made a purchase back in October 2020 fast forward February 2021 its still not delivered according to the tracking information it departed from the local distribution centre been like that since December call remain unanswered on *** and nobody bothers to contact me I am not pleased with the level of service i have got frol post office its actually non-existent as a first time customer i am not impressed and will never recommend the service to anyone else wont allow them to go through the same struggle and waste their time and money
