Such a wonderful caring service from Tsholofelo Phelelo

I went into the Post Office Centre in Illovo on Saturday morning to renew my car licence disk. As usual, the licencing system was challenging to say the least! I had 3 cars listed (one of which has been s****ped for a number of years but I just cannot get it off the system) and all of them were expired. The system only listed 1 car at a time and I had to go out and draw money to get them sorted. Tsholofelo Phelelo, the lady who was assisting me did a wonderful job of trying to keep me calm even though I was irate. She went beyond the call of duty and even assisted me with filling in one of the forms required for this rather painful and archaic process. I wanted to thank her for the kind attention and assistance, when I finally got back there today, to get everything sorted out. I believe that the company should also be aware of her efforts. She was great and went a long way in restoring my faith in humanity!
