Stunned

I've just experienced some truly frustrating delivery standards at the Chatsworth Post office across from the Centre. I'd gone in and as they were extremely busy I decided to ask first so as not to waste anyone's time as well as get my task completed best. Having multiple items as gifts to deliver to the Post office in George, I was informed that I'd need to get a Box to pack them all into as they had none available. I also asked them to inform me of all that I'd need to complete to get it done today as well as if I would be able to gift wrap for presentation. I was advised that I could and that all I'd need was the box. I raced to Chatsworth Centre and given time constraints, really hustled and was finally able to get a correctly sized gift box. So I headed back and when my turn came up was then told that it was my responsibility to have gotten a secure box which was totally sealed and basically unreachable... Coz they get ****** when fiddled with. I mean, of all the thing's. So I got nothing done and am really stunned. Had I been told at least then I might've done better but even so, if in my special circumstances, 3 staff members each said the same things.... How is it that they're even allowed to function?
