Stuck in traffic?!

<p>I have a domestic package that was sent to Pretoria on the 18th of November via speed post, but it has been stuck at JHBNET from the tracking information : TC ********** 89ZA since the 21st of this month, that's the expected date of arrival. </p> <p>Is it just the website that isn't updating or the package is actually stuck in traffic?</p>
