Stuck at Witpos for 14 days

<p>My parcel that is coming from Durbanville has been stuck at Witpos for 14 days and it doesn't look like it is going anywhere anytime soon. </p> <p>How do I get my parcel and where? This is just ridiculous how it can be there for so long without any status. I was told it will take 5-7 working days and this has taken longer then expected. </p>
