Stuck at Customs for over 3 weeks

My parcel has been at JIMC A since 3/06/2019 and when I call the post office there is no answer. It only took a week to ship from the US but been more than 3 weeks at customs with no alert on when or how to get my order. My US tracking number is UA4*******5US I am really stuck on what to do.
