STOP TELLING LIES SAPO!!!

I have been sitting on the phone to SAPO's risibly named 'Customer Service' waiting for someone to pick up the phone for almost an hour. I have a straightforward question that no one at my post office can answer. So far all I've been told a million times over is that "Your call is important to us". This is a BAREFACED LIE - you couldn't give a flying f*%& about my call. Please amend your answering service accordingly and then we your customers will know just exactly where we stand.
