Stollen Goods (Parcel Opened and Sellotaped)

Good day<br> <br> On the 7th of April I submitted a parcel in Braamfontein post office for delivery to Pinetown, apparently from the three parcels that were in the box and inside the big sealed envelop, 1 item was ****** which is an envelop with R500 cash and this money was for my moms diabetes medication and I was lazy to go and queu at the bank since I was sending her a parcel via post office(counter to counter). I decided to put the money as part of the parcel. And she received the parcel today 12 April, and the money its not there and she also noticed that the big envelop was opened and sealed sellotape and not the actual envelop seal.<br> <br> Please advise on what do I do, because I remember the lady asked me If I am taking insurance and I said no and now this? And she might have been looking for the phones that I had included in the parcel a day before and the parcel weighed more that 1 KG but because they did not have envelops I did not post on that day. I then decided (the following day) to take the phones out before taking my parcel to the post office, and I was assisted by the same lady.<br> <br> Regards
