on 2 February 2015 i posted a parcel to my sister in port elizabeth. its took about a month to arrive in her post box......the package was empty. it had been opened and resealed with the post office sellotape . this was confirmed by the post office. This matter was reported to the investigation department. mr Andre Roux is handling the investigation. the item is a vodacom ****le with a sim card inside. prior to that i phoned vodacom as this is still a current contract and was told that the sim was being used, i immediately asked them to block it until further notice. when andre phoned me he asked for an itemized billing, which i supp**** . he apparently opened a case at humewood police station, Major burger handling the case. it is more than $ months since i posted this and im very frustrated at how much time this is taking to sort out. im paying for this item that i have no use of. and im losing out on the data as it expires after a certain time if not used. ive tried to get in touch with humewood police department but for some reason the no's ive been given at the exchange does not work ***.... i need a response ASAP. this is unaccepted
