****** Parcels from Witspos South Africa

I have ordered a number of things from China to South Africa. There have been 2 items that’s WITSPOS told me got delivered to HIGHLANDS NORTH POST OFFICE . HIGHLANDS NORTH POST OFFICE said they never received my parcels from WITSPOS. Clearly my parcels have been ******!!! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES AT WITSPOS!!! NO ONE REPLIES TO E MAILS AT WITSPOS!!! How can I communicate with them or try resolve this when no one answers you!!! WHERE ARE MY PARCELS???
