****** Parcel at the Gallomanor post office

I received a parcel collection letter on the 27th September 2018, I went to the post office on the very same day. I got to the post office and the lady couldn't find my parcel but they had just sent me the delivery note an hour ago. The lady told me to come back the following week because her collogue wasn't there, I went back same story she told me to come back , went back three weeks later that lady wasn't there he colleague was there and he knew nothing off the parcel as the lady before him had said he packet it but the gentleman said she registered it and packed it because she signed for it. I went back today and they still have not found my parcel but they received it and signed for it at that branch. I feel like they have either taken it because how can it go missing of the same day they sent the delivery note to me. Four weeks later and I've been asked to give them time to find it. The parcel comes from china and it gets lost in the post office 2 min from my house unacceptable. I want my parcel.
