****** PARCEL AND ONE YEAR STILL NO RESPONSE

i had a parcel dispatched to Witspos on the 28/11/2018 and received reference RF***SG. I then contacted the SA Post office on ***and was then advised the package is missing or cant be found. i then was advised to contact the SA Post office customer services. i made contact with Motlatsi Motshidi, who then advised me that they have received all my documents and enquiry form which i filled in and that they submitted all my documents to security and investigation team that would investigate and get back to me. they advised this would take time and would give me feedback. ONE YEAR LATER and i still have heard nothing. I have tried contacting them numerous times via telephone and Motlatsi phone just rings and then cuts. i have e-mailed him numerous times and i have had no response. Seems i have been just ****** with R850.00 which was the value of the parcel i was expecting and paid for. SA POST OFFICE IS A DEN OF *******. THEY MAY CONTACT ME ON ***
