****** parcel

I had an international parcel delivered to the Marshalltown post office in johannesburg, South Africa. When I opened the parcel there was nothing inside just the paper wrap and then only I realised that the packaging itself was temped with. I went back to the post office and was told that because its an international parcel, I cannot be refunded or helped in anyway.
