****** parcel

<p> I sent a my kids their Play station in East London via the post office Hillbrow( High Point), it arrived 2 weeks later, they opened the parcel and found nothing in the box except a few other things. The controls(2) and games( Smackdown vs Raw and Transformers) had been ******. the box which had been heavily taped was opened an resealed with a different tape from the original one. Proving that it was somebody who had all the time in the world to ***** the contents of the box. When i went to the post office to complain i was told there is nothing they can do, things get ****** at the post office, i should have insured my parcel. I'm very saddened by the actions of the post office, no accountability, no way of ensuring parcels safely, no way of keeping the ****s they employ from helping themselves to peoples parcels, no way of proving and prosecuting ********* within the post office. Things get ****** at the post office, thats all i was told.i am very bitter and if i had a gun i was going to walk in there and open fire. Maybe ill get over it one day but right now its proving to be a bitter pill to swallow. ****s operate with impunity at the post offfice coz they know that nobody can do a **** thing about it. </p>
