****** money from Wallet

I had written an email to ********** complaining of the below:

My husband went to the Cedar Square Post Office (Johannesburg) on Monday (21 November 2016).

He had a wallet that he was posting to Durban – Phoenix. The wallet was in a box there was paper on top of it to conceal it, we sealed the box with paper clips – the lady at the Cedar Square Post Office counter sealed the box with tape, in my husbands presence. The parcel was then posted to my dad in Durban.

My dad collected the parcel this morning – and to our surprise the box was opened and the cash that was in his wallet was missing. Somewhere along the line, your staff stole money that does not belong to them. How disappointing – we paid for a sealed parcel to be delivered and yet your staff has time to invade someone elses privacy and *****! Basically, we have to pay for services that you render which are down right dishonesty and theft! They actually opened a seal parcel and dug in the box and into a wallet to ***** money, what disgusting behaviour. How are we supposed to trust the postal services to deliver our parcels in the condition that we send it in with these kind of things happening? How many other customers are they doing this to and getting away with it?

I received the below reply from **********
Please be advised that the item in question was dispatched out to PHOENIX Post Office on 22/11/2016. It should be ready for collection since.

WTH? No decency to actually read my email and reply correctly! SA postal services - waste of time and money

My husband went to the Cedar Square Post Office (Johannesburg) on Monday (21 November 2016).

He had a wallet that he was posting to Durban – Phoenix.
