****** international package

<p>I delivered goods from New York to Durban four weeks ago. Only to find out that the package reached the destination with missing contents. My package had tracking on it but i was appalled to find out that I could not get assistance with figuring out how my stuff was ****** along the way. The customer service is terrible and the staff have no care whatsoever about service delivery. I had personal items worth R8000 and I paid of money do that I make sure it's safe and secure but clearly the level of theft with in the post office is evident in this case. I had previously sent s package to Durban North Post Office and I had no problem, all my goods were delivered and none missing just because it's s suburban area. I am really disappointed with KwaMashu Post Office I feel like the staff take advantage becayits a township neighysbd they can do as they please with our valuable packages. Worst of all my granny of 78 years old who I sent the package to was just ill treated when she went to fetch the package. It is totally unacceptable that old citizens get such poor customer service, she had to wait so many hours to be attended even worse when she went to lay a complaint for missing items. Something has to be done about customer service and ensuring that our packages are safe in the township Post Office. I'm really disappointed at KwaMashu and the lack of regard for your work. </p>
