ek het vanoggend n pakkie in my posbus gekry....aankope wat die 12de September 2014 gedoen is, (kersfees geskenke). Daar is aan die eenpunt bruin Poskantoor sealing tape,.....FOUND OPEN... Bulugi... my horlosie is uitgehaal en een of ander !@#$%^&&^%$$$%^.... dra dit nou, en ek kry die lee verpakking. EK GAAN N EIS INSTEL. EK GAAN REGSHULP KRY. AS ek nie n aanvaarbare oplossing kry nie gaan ek 'n gesamentlike eis instel vir my pakkies wat STEEDS daar le van af Januarie. EK SAL BUITENDIEN NOOIT,NOOIT WEER DIE ****KANTOOR GEBRUIK NIE.<br> NIE SO VRIENDELIKE GROETE<br> Tjaart Booyens

In an instance where an item was tampered with the recipient may log a manual enquiry with the post office.The package can be handed back to the post office and the post master /mistress will assist with the process of registering an enquiry .The matter will then be referred to security and investigation to find out what happened to the contents and final investigation report will be communicated with the branch. The branch manager will then contact the recipient with the final outcome.
