****** device at the Randburg SA post office branch

I had a parcel that was sent from Durban on the 27th of December 2019, I couldn’t collect it as I was busy. So when I went today to collect my parcel, it was apparent that the parcel had been tampered with. The cell phone that was supposed to be inside the parcel had been removed. So they literally handed me an empty packaging. I was advised to fill out a form so they can proceed with the investigation. What baffles me the most is the fact that the parcel weighed 561g when it was brought in at the Kwamashu branch, but I was only handed the packaging that is was supposed to be in. Quite frankly, I am very disappointed with what has transpired at the Randburg Post office branch.

I would like to warn anyone considering to have their goods couriered via Post Office to try out other avenues because what I’ve experienced with the SA Post office is complete baloney.
