Stole my mail

<p> I am a volunteer in South Africa and was shipping some very hard to afford items and very wonderful gifts from my family in the USA and when the package FINALLY arrived I had to sign and pay before I could inspect my package...ok... but when I got it and opened it I was missing 20lbs of the 26lb shipping weight including a very highend camera, my favorite tea, tons of snacks they don't sell here, condiments, electronics, pictures of my family and crafts my nephew made me, 1600 rand in custom fees..... DO they NOT CHECK the WEIGHT, or see the bottom had been OPENED and RESEALED..TOO bad they would not let me inspect or see the box before I paid... they tried giving me someone elses box at first, thank god i noticed... Totally sucks... how am I to be honest with whats shipping when they ***** the contents???????? I'm out over 900USD and now have a sad family and a sad wife, who is to blame???</p>
